Seems that the Cimko Compact 28mm f/2.8 (also seen as Paragon PMC, Beroflex, Ensinor, Clubman..), a 25cm close focusing all metal construction, was made by Cima Kogaku who had a patented system that allowed the lenses to be built it with common bodies fitted with appropriate lens mounts.
The lenses were mostly sold OEM under a variety of different brands. In the UK, for example, they were sold by Photax as Super-Paragon PMC lenses, while Tokyo Kogaku sold them as AM Topcor lenses for their Topcon RM300 camera. Cima Kogaku also sold lenses directly under the Cimko brand.
